On Wednesday, Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra was spotted with AAP MP Raghav Chadha in Mumbai. The duo arrived separately at a posh restaurant and left together in the same vehicle. The following day, they were seen out for lunch together, sparking rumours that they may be dating.
Chadha, a chartered accountant by profession, is a sitting Rajya Sabha MP and former AAP MLA from Delhi's Rajinder Nagar. He has also served as Vice Chairman of the Delhi Jal Board. Parineeti, on the other hand, made her Bollywood debut with Ladies vs Ricky Bahl and has acted in nearly two dozen films, including Kesari, Golmaal Again, and Uunchai which was released in 2022.
Parineeti was previously said to be dating director Maneesh Sharma, but they parted ways about a year ago. Their back-to-back appearances together have now sparked rumours that she might be dating Chadha. However, it is yet to be confirmed.
In January this year, Raghav Chadha was in Davos to attract investors to invest in Punjab. He spoke to India Today at the World Economic Forum, stating that Punjab was taking several steps to attract investment in the state. "We are giving viability gap funding, GST incentives, waiver of stamp duty, access to subsidised land, even facilitating finalising of power purchase agreements," he had said.
Chadha also attended the marriage ceremony of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann in July last year. When a Twitter user commented that Chadha was the most eligible bachelor in the party, the AAP leader replied: "Chhote da number vadde ton baad hi aunda hai. Best wishes to my vadde veer Mann Saab and Dr. Gurpreet Kaur for a happy and blessed married life."
While their recent outings together have sparked rumours, it remains to be seen if there is any truth to them.
