One user even said that Twitter had not been working properly 4 or 5 times in the past 2 weeks.
Interestingly, some users noted that the network went down only on Jio networks. One user wrote, "Twitter not working for Jio users," while another said, "Jio users not able to use Twitter." It's unclear why this was the case, but it suggests that the issue was not with Twitter itself but rather with the way Jio networks were connecting to the site.
